I AM WOMAN - THE POEM
[Bec.ause] every woman has a story...
When I wrote this poem I was unaware of the journey I was about to embark on. If I had, I probably would have ran a million miles away. Why? Because the healing process is painful. Period. But it is also liberating, life saving, and necessary in order to be a better version of yourself and there was an upgraded version of myself that I needed to meet! God has made this my personal anthem.
So now I say it, and say it with my chest:

During the unexpected COVID 19 pandemic in 2020, I was moved to create something to inspire and challenge our thinking by inviting people to view our current circumstances with different lenses as I believe there are always different ways of looking at things. Life isn't linear. Far from it!
Fundamentally, I simply hoped to soothe or eradicate any feelings of stress, fear, or hopelessness and in turn look for the hidden treasures that life often offers through hardship that are not easy to see at first glance.
